Oshin Pahalwan Khar

Oshin Pahalwan Khar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Oshin started their career as an HR Generalist at eWebGuru, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee management, policy formulation, payroll management, and conducting employee engagement activities. Oshin worked there from February 2016 to May 2018. Following this, they joined MITYUNG as a Senior HR Generalist from June 2018 to August 2019. During their time at MITYUNG, they gained experience in HR operations and generalist functions. Oshin then moved to Flexsin as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, where they worked from August 2019 to March 2021. Here, they focused on HR activities and played a crucial role in the organization's HR processes. Currently, Oshin is working at Wildnet Technologies as the Human Resources Team Lead since December 2021, overseeing the HR team and leading various HR initiatives.
