Rachita Rawat

Rachita Rawat has work experience as a Team Lead in HR Operations at Wildnet Technologies starting in November 2023. RACHITA also has experience as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at the same company starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Professor and Head of Training and Development at Asian Education Group starting in January 2020. Before that, they were a Senior Trainer Executive and Psychologist at Pria Warrick Finishing School from May 2018 to January 2020.

RACHITA began their academic journey in 2001 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they pursued a 12th-grade degree in Cell Biology and Anatomy/Science Stream, which lasted until 2012. Afterward, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Rachita pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Amity University.
