Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Wildpack Beverage since June 2021, Rick is responsible for mentoring and training maintenance technicians, fostering team bonding. Previously, Rick held the role of Maintenance Supervisor, where diagnostic skills were applied to troubleshoot and repair CFT Fillers and associated machinery. Prior experience includes Maintenance Technician positions at Saratoga Food Specialties and Chelten House Products, Inc., focusing on equipment maintenance and repair. Educational credentials include certifications in Solidworks, AutoCad, and Industrial Electronics Technology, alongside a general studies diploma from Azusa High School.
