Quan Than

Quan Than is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Recruitment Lead at WildPlay Element Parks since June 2019, Quan effectively sources, screens, and selects candidates to fulfill organizational hiring needs. Previous roles at WildPlay include Duty Manager, where responsibilities encompassed property management and operations, and leading the Zipline Guide team, ensuring the safety of guests and staff. In addition, Quan contributes as a Tech Intern at Harbour Fellowship Church, focusing on personal growth in faith, and has held coaching positions and curriculum coordination at SSA Sports. Quan holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Tourism and Outdoor Recreation from Brock University and is a graduate of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program from the Canadian International School System.
