Richard Dodd

Richard Dodd is an experienced ecological professional currently serving as the Managing Director at Wildwood Ecology since April 2010, where responsibilities include supporting colleagues in delivering ecological and arboricultural services and managing company growth. Richard also holds the role of Training Coordinator at Ecology Academy, developing courses for emerging ecologists and hosting the Ecology Academy Podcast. As a former Guest Lecturer at the Royal Agricultural University, Richard contributed to bridging the skills gap for final year students in ecological consultancy. Past roles include Chairperson for the Wiltshire and Valleys Bat Groups, Senior Ecologist at Soltys Brewster Ecology, and Welsh Bat Officer at The Bat Conservation Trust. Richard holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Zoology from Cardiff University.
