Carter Pham has worked in the video game industry since 2004. Carter began their career at GameStop as a Store Manager in 2004, where they managed one of the highest sales volume stores in the Utah market and increased sales and productivity. In 2005, they joined Sensory Sweep LLC as the QA Director, overseeing video game software testing and managing the daily operations of the quality assurance department. In 2010, they joined WildWorks, Inc. (formerly Smart Bomb Interactive) as the Director of Community Operations, where they direct the Community Management efforts, supports the community, keeps users safe, and finds ways to engage and actively listen to their audience. Carter'sother core responsibilities include vendor management, department operations, and mentoring managers/leads/coordinators.
Carter Pham obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Utah in 2004. In March 2022, they obtained a certification in Become a Digital Trust & Safety Leader from LinkedIn.
