Brandon Moss

Brandon Moss is a Partner at Wiley Rein LLP, where since October 2011, responsibilities have included litigating False Claims Act cases and other complex federal actions at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as defending corporations and executives in the life sciences sector against multi-agency federal fraud investigations. Previously, Brandon Moss interned for The Honorable Anthony Trenga at the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in 2009 and worked as a Senior Account Manager at DCI Group from 2005 to 2008. Academically, Brandon Moss holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Davidson College.
