Charles Lemley

Charles Lemley serves as an Assistant Professor and Director of Graduate Student Academic Affairs at George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where teaching in Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility has been a focus since 2008. As a Partner and Senior Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP, Lemley specializes in insurance coverage and legal malpractice litigation, having previously chaired the firm's Diversity Committee. Additionally, Lemley has been a dedicated trial advocacy competition coach at Georgetown University Law Center since 2005, contributing to numerous national successes. Prior to these roles, Lemley gained extensive litigation experience at several law firms and directed philanthropic programs for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Lemley holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida.
