Diane Holland

Diane (Griffin) Holland is a Partner at Wiley Rein LLP since July 2023, with extensive experience in telecommunications law and policy. Diane has held multiple leadership positions within the Federal Communications Bar Association from July 2017, culminating in the role of Immediate Past President. Prior experience includes significant roles at the Federal Communications Commission, serving as Special Advisor, Deputy Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau, and Legal Advisor to Commissioner Geoffrey Starks from December 2019 to February 2023. Diane also worked as Senior Advisor for Technology and Telecom at the National Urban League and held multiple positions at USTelecom Association and the Federal Communications Commission, spanning nearly two decades. Additionally, Diane served as an Adjunct Professor at Howard University School of Law, teaching Telecommunications Law and Policy, and holds a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law.
