Currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Wiley Rein LLP since October 2003, Emily oversees the firm's ethics and loss prevention programs while managing the new business intake process. Previously, as the Legal Support & Training Manager, Emily developed professional development curricula and delivered training for support staff. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Dupée & Monroe, PC, where Emily managed a diverse portfolio of legal cases, and working as a Law Clerk at Moquin & Daley PA, conducting legal research and preparing memoranda. Emily began their legal career as a Legal Intern for Hon. Joseph G. Owen at the New York Supreme Court. Emily holds a Juris Doctor degree from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from Union College.
