Kathryn Bucher

Kathryn Bucher serves as Partner and Co-Chair of the Health Care Group at Wiley Rein LLP, a position held since August 2000. Bucher represents a diverse range of clients including health care and property & casualty insurers, managed care organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and government contractors on various health care policy, regulatory matters, and contractual issues. Key areas of expertise include Medicare Administrative Contractor procurements, False Claims Act litigation, Pharmacy Benefit Management negotiations, and cyber security matters. Prior experience includes a partnership at Miller & Chevalier LLC and an associate role at Hale and Dorr LLP. Bucher holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Cum Laude, with Distinction in International Studies from the University of Vermont.
