Kevin Rupy

Kevin Rupy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in law and policy. Currently serving as a Partner at Wiley Rein LLP since March 2019, Rupy also holds the position of General Counsel at Bluemont Vineyard since December 2007. Previously, Rupy was Vice President of Law & Policy at USTelecom Association from November 2005 to March 2019 and practiced as an Attorney at Keller and Heckman LLP from April 2000 to November 2005. Early career roles include Law Clerk positions at Mobex Communications and McCarthy Wilson, as well as Director of Material Operations at Counterpart International. Rupy served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from May 1990 to June 1995. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fordham University.
