Mary Sylvia

Mary Sylvia is an accomplished legal professional and educator with extensive experience in both nonprofit governance and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Wiley Rein, LLP and as a Member of the Board of Directors for both Earth Sangha and Umoya, Inc., Mary is dedicated to environmental action and global connectivity initiatives. Additionally, Mary contributes to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. With a J.D. from American University Washington College of Law and degrees in Microbiology and Bacteriology, Mary combines legal expertise with a strong foundation in the sciences. Prior roles include counsel positions at prominent law firms and teaching positions at various respected law schools.
