Scott Felder is a partner at Wiley Rein LLP, specializing in Government Contracts and Intellectual Property since July 2006. In this role, Scott advises clients, including Fortune 500 companies and defense contractors, on a wide array of intellectual property matters, including acquisition, protection, management, and enforcement under government contracts. Scott has experience litigating intellectual property disputes in various federal courts. Prior to this, Scott served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve from October 2013 to December 2021, and worked as an Intellectual Property Associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Counsel for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Scott holds a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
