Shiva Goel

Shiva Goel is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Wiley Rein LLP and an Adjunct Fellow for Strategic Technologies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Previously, Shiva held the position of Senior Advisor at the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) and served as a Legal Advisor at the Federal Communications Commission. With a solid foundation in law, Shiva was a Partner and Associate at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for both the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Shiva's academic credentials include a degree from Cornell University and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, complemented by an early education at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
