Currently serving as Director of Operations and Director of Global Quality at Wiley X since November 2008, Bret has successfully implemented and maintained ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 Quality Management Systems alongside managing global product certifications. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Engineer at OAI ELECTRONICS, LLC and Thermodynamics, where Bret was instrumental in maintaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards and restoring the ISO 9001 program to compliance. Early career experience includes serving as Quality Team Leader at AAON, Inc., overseeing visual inspections and project management for air conditioning components. Educational qualifications consist of associate degrees in Quality Assurance and Quality Control from Tulsa Community College and Tulsa Welding School, along with continuing education in Quality Assurance from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology.
