Bipasha Das is an HR leader with over 15 years of experience in driving excellence and employee engagement across the APAC region. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of the People Service Centre at Wiley, Bipasha leads a team to provide strategic and operational HR support. Previously, they held various senior HR positions, including Human Resources Director at Sagacious IP and General Manager of Human Resources at Real Time Data Services. With a strong academic background, including an EPHRM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Bipasha is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture while partnering with leaders to align talent strategies with business goals.
