Cathy Krendel

Cathy Krendel is a Senior Publisher at Wiley, where since 2006, responsibilities include consulting with leading organizations in scholarly publishing to address strategies and trends, particularly in relation to the open access movement, while also renewing existing business and forming new partnerships. Previous roles at Wiley include Associate Editorial Director/Publisher, overseeing a global team of 35 academic journals in neurology, psychiatry, and substance abuse. Prior to joining Wiley, Cathy Krendel worked at Harvard Business School from 1989 to 1997, starting as a Production Coordinator.
