David Luckett

David Luckett is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in human resources and public affairs. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources Communications at Wiley since April 2022, Luckett previously held key roles at USAA as Director of Employee Communications and HR Client Manager from 2015 to 2022. Prior to USAA, Luckett was the Internal Communications Leader at GE Power & Water, where responsibilities included global communication leadership for power equipment and services. Additionally, Luckett's background includes significant military public affairs experience, serving as a Public Affairs Liaison Officer for the Navy Chief of Information and leading public affairs initiatives for various Navy commands. Luckett holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma.
