Hà Nguyen

Hà Nguyen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in quality engineering and program management. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer I at Wiley since February 2021, Hà independently manages large-scale deployments and collaborates with Engineering and Product Scrum teams to enhance product quality. Previously, as a Test and Quality Engineer Associate, Hà led the migration of marketing websites and established testing procedures. At Delaware State University, Hà held the role of MBA Program Coordinator, overseeing the program's budget while ensuring compliance with AACSB standards, and served as a Graduate Assistant, supporting admissions and program development in Vietnam and China. Hà began a career in marketing and public relations at Vietnam National University, managing marketing initiatives and budgets, while successfully implementing collaborative educational programs with international universities. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Web Development from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA in Project Management from Delaware State University, and an MA in Economics and International Development from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
