Jessica Sebeok

Jessica Sebeok currently serves as the Vice President for Global Government Partnerships & Public Policy at Wiley, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Director of Policy and Research at The Johns Hopkins University from June 2021 to March 2022 and was the Deputy Vice President for Federal Relations & Counsel for Policy at the Association of American Universities (AAU) from 2014 to 2021. Jessica has experience as Counsel for Policy and International Affairs at the U.S. Copyright Office and as a Special Assistant in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. Early career roles include Assistant General Counsel at Yale University and Associate Counsel at ITHAKA. Jessica's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School, a Master of Studies in Modern History from the University of Oxford as a Marshall Scholar, and a Bachelor’s degree in History with Highest Honors from the University of Chicago, where Jessica was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
