Megan Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and account management across various industries, including healthtech, fintech, SaaS, and AI/ML. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Wiley since October 2024, Megan previously held the role of Senior Talent Partner at Integrity Power Search, overseeing multiple accounts for high-growth startups. Prior to that, a Senior Recruiter at Mavik Ventures, Megan excelled as a full desk recruiter, collaborating with C-Suite executives and founders to develop recruitment strategies. At Boise State University, Megan served as Donor Experience Officer and Assistant Director of Development, managing donor portfolios and crafting successful solicitation strategies. Megan graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Organizational Development.
