Ricky License

Ricky License is an experienced Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across various regions including the UK, USA, and the Nordics. Currently at Wiley since June 2021, Ricky leads a team of Senior Talent Acquisition Partners focusing on Research and Technology business units. Previous roles include Senior Corporate Recruiter at NAVEX Global, where Ricky facilitated recruitment for diverse positions, and a Business Development and Recruiter role at Create Skills Ltd, managing the recruitment lifecycle and client relationships. Ricky began a career in customer service at O2 UK, followed by a leadership position as Camp Director and Coach with UK International Soccer. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Events & Leisure Management from Sheffield Hallam University and an Associate’s Degree in Sports and Exercise from Dearne Valley College.
