Shelton Pratheesh

Shelton Pratheesh is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support and information security management. Currently serving as Manager Application Support and Technical Lead Operations Center at Wiley since August 2020, Shelton is responsible for designing and implementing information security solutions, executing an Information Security Management System (ISMS), and ensuring high availability of services for clients across multiple infrastructure platforms while applying ITIL frameworks. Prior experience includes roles at Eureka Technology Partners, where responsibilities spanned from managing ICT infrastructure services to leading technical support teams. Shelton holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security and Forensics from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from Middlesex University.
