Vanessa Garrabrant

Vanessa Garrabrant has over 13 years of experience at Wiley, currently serving as the National Trainer for Sales and Success, where responsibilities include onboarding new hires and providing product and sales coaching. Vanessa previously managed a Customer Success team focused on customer retention and revenue growth, and held roles as a Senior Digital Solutions Specialist and Digital Solutions Specialist, developing customer relationships and driving product education. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Premier Payroll Specialist at Paychex, where Vanessa managed complex payroll accounts and provided client support, earning recognition for exceptional service, as well as roles in legal assistance early in the career. Vanessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
