Young Weaver

Young Weaver is a seasoned professional in event management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Events at Wiley since November 2017, Young has successfully managed key corporate events, overseeing all aspects from logistics to budget management, and coordinating significant conferences with thousands of attendees. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Events Marketing at Rosetta Stone and Sr. Manager of Global Events Marketing at Blackboard, where Young demonstrated expertise in planning high-profile events and managing substantial budgets. Prior experience also includes consulting for EventWeavers, LLC, and various marketing roles at Software AG. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from East Carolina University.
