Evan Colborne

Evan Colborne serves as the Manager of Marketing & Communications for the Department of Athletics & Recreation at Wilfrid Laurier University since September 2021. With a robust background in sports marketing and operations, Evan previously held multiple roles at Cosmos Sports from January 2011 to September 2021, culminating in the position of Director of Marketing & Strategy, where marketing efforts were directed toward sponsorship sales and client activations. Earlier positions included Manager of Business Operations, overseeing diverse business functions and teams, and Manager of Team Services, focused on revenue generation training for sports organizations. Evan's experience also encompasses leadership roles with the Toronto Rush and Brampton Beast Hockey Club, contributing to the launch and marketing of professional sports teams in Canada. Evan holds an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Leisure and Sport Management from the University of Windsor, earned in 2010.
