Ian Gorun

Ian Gorun has a diverse work experience. Ian is currently serving as the Director of Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) at Wilfrid Laurier University since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at McMaster University as the Projects Director for the Design & Construction Group in Facility Services, from June 2015 to January 2022. Before joining McMaster, Ian owned HELIX sred Consulting Group Inc from April 2005 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked at Stantec Consulting Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader from an unspecified start date to 2014.

Ian Gorun completed their Bachelor of Environmental Studies (B.E.S.) in Architecture at the University of Waterloo from 1993 to 1996. Ian then pursued their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree at the same university from 1996 to 1999.
