Jennifer Caldwell

Jennifer Caldwell is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in higher education and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Advancement Communications at Wilfrid Laurier University since April 2008, Jennifer has successfully led Annual Giving communications initiatives, fostering strong relationships with the Annual Giving team and crafting strategic campaign-specific messaging. Prior roles include Stakeholder Relations Officer at Kin Canada, where Jennifer developed communication plans and oversaw promotional materials, as well as Media Relations Officer at Cystic Fibrosis Canada, where Jennifer significantly enhanced media presence. Jennifer began her career as a reporter at Fort McMurray Today, demonstrating strong skills in generating stories and meeting deadlines. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Dalhousie University and a post-graduate diploma in Journalism from Humber College.
