Julie Topic

Julie Topic serves as the Director of ICT Support at Wilfrid Laurier University since February 2011, overseeing service delivery models, AVIT classroom technology strategies, and technology refresh programs while implementing ITIL best practices. Previously, Julie held various roles at Arkema from August 1985 to June 2009, including Director of End User Support, where responsibilities encompassed Help Desk operations, desktop services, and global project leadership. Julie's background also includes positions as Plant Services Manager and Northern Region IT Manager, focusing on IT infrastructure and support across multiple manufacturing sites. Julie began the professional journey with education at Mohawk College from 1981 to 1985.
