Laura Bolton

Laura Bolton is a seasoned professional in career consulting and teaching, currently serving as a Career Consultant for Lazaridis Graduate Programs at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University since March 2025. With extensive experience at Wilfrid Laurier University since November 2012, including roles as a Contract Teaching Faculty and Career Consultant, Laura has a strong focus on facilitating students' career development in political science and providing personalized guidance. Previous roles include Partner at YMCA WorkWell, where Laura contributed to employee well-being and workplace culture, and independent consulting, coaching, and facilitating in organizational development.
