Lida Chen

Lida Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and revenue management. Currently serving as the Senior Analyst of Academic Revenue at Wilfrid Laurier University since November 2018, Lida specializes in enrolment planning, budgeting, forecasting, and government mandate data analysis. Prior to this role, Lida held several positions at Oticon Canada from March 2005 to November 2018, including Manager of Inventory & Data & Reporting and Sr. Supervisor of BI & Data Analysis & Reporting. Lida holds a Master's degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business from Shanghai University.
