Meghan Kirwin

Meghan Kirwin, MBA, MSc, is the Founder of The Kirwin Group Inc., established in 2004, where strategic leadership and innovative solutions drive organizational performance for clients. With over 15 years of experience, Meghan also serves as an Instructor in the Certificate in Positive Psychology program at Wilfrid Laurier University, equipping service providers with skills in positive psychology to foster well-being. Previous roles include Part-Time Faculty at Conestoga College and a Teacher Assistant at UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center's "Science of Happiness." Earlier experience includes managing performance improvement initiatives at Eagle's Flight and project management in mergers and acquisitions at Laidlaw. Meghan's educational background includes a Master's in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, alongside various certifications in mindfulness and positive psychology.
