Melissa Pratt Morgan

Melissa Pratt Morgan is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in residence life and student support. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Residence Education at Wilfrid Laurier University since October 2015, Melissa has played a pivotal role in developing and refining the First-Year Residence Experience (FYRE) Residential Curriculum and supervising a team of Residence Learning Community Dons and Residence Education Advisors. Previous roles include Residence Manager at McMaster University and Assistant Residence Life Manager at the University of Guelph, showcasing expertise in student mentorship, safety oversight, and staff training. Melissa holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, complemented by a versatile early career in various support and administrative roles within educational settings.
