Stacey Smith

Stacey Smith serves as the Manager of Enterprise Risk and Insurance at Wilfrid Laurier University since August 2020, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction for a comprehensive enterprise risk management program and preparing reports for the Board of Governors. Prior experience spans over 12 years at Agricorp, where Stacey advanced from Senior Industry Specialist to Senior Manager of Risk Management, focusing on identifying and mitigating business risks and overseeing reinsurance procurement. Earlier roles include a Research Assistant position at the Centre for Toxicology, University of Guelph, and an On-Farm Food Safety Coordinator at Safefood Consulting Inc.
