Frank Rijsdijk has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Frank began their career in 2009 as a Sales Medewerker at Pro Nautas, where they worked until 2011. Frank then joined Valveco as a Sales Employee from 2011 to 2015.
In 2015, Rijsdijk joined Alfa Laval Benelux B.V. as a Sales Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing new sales and service within the "equipment" business. Frank led a team of skilled engineers and sales professionals and focused on achieving commercial targets, expanding the business, and introducing new products in the Benelux region.
Currently, Rijsdijk is working at Wilhelmsen Group as the Head of Sales for Benelux, Switzerland, and the UK. Frank started in 2022 as a Sales Manager for Benelux and Switzerland and was promoted to the Head of Sales role in April 2023.
Frank Rijsdijk has a Bachelor's degree in sales and klanttevredenheid from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Frank also attended the Alfa Laval's international management and leadership program in 2019-2020, specializing in sales management and future leadership. Additionally, they received training in negotiating skills from Kenneth Smit Training in 2017-2018 and became an expert in sales through training at Kenneth Smit in 2013-2014. Lastly, Frank completed a Nima-A Selling Skills and Sales Operations program at Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 2013.
