Glória Florence Carrapatoso

Glória Florence Carrapatoso is currently serving as the Central Customer Service Coordinator for the Americas at Wilhelmsen Group since November 2022, where responsibilities include managing the registration of RFQs and POs, interpreting customer requests, providing delivery instructions, and ensuring effective communication regarding any irregularities. Prior to this, Glória held the position of Order Processing Coordinator at Constellation Oil Services from September 2020 to November 2022, focusing on material importation for drilling rigs and billing for international trade services. Glória also gained experience as an International Trade/Supply Intern at Baker Hughes from September 2018 to June 2020, supporting international logistics and developing KPIs. Currently, Glória is pursuing a degree in International Relations at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, expected to graduate in 2024.
