Radoslaw Walczak

Radoslaw Walczak is an experienced maritime professional with a significant background in technical management and fleet operations. Currently serving as Vice President, Technical at Wilhelmsen Ship Management since June 2021, Radoslaw previously held various leadership roles at DS Tankers GmbH, including General Manager/Fleet Director, Fleet Manager, and Safety & Quality Manager from 2010 to 2021. Earlier positions include Safety Superintendent at Wallem GmbH and Marine, Safety, and Quality Superintendent at V Ships Germany. Radoslaw's career began as a Deck Officer and Ship Operator at BP Shipping Ltd. Radoslaw holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Studies from Akademia Humanistyczna im. Aleksandra Gieysztora and a Master's Degree from the Merchant Marine Academy Gdynia.
