Susan Lacy

Susan Lacy serves as the Regional Director for Property Management at Pratis Properties LLC, overseeing operational efficiency and financial performance across multiple properties since July 2024. Previously, Lacy held various roles including Property Manager at Pratis Properties LLC and Royal Property Management Company, where responsibilities involved creating essential documents for contractor services and driving property renovations. Lacy's expertise extends to improving online payment acceptance and reducing property delinquency rates significantly at Minnix Property Management. Prior to property management, Lacy contributed through positions in retail management, technical support, and banking, excelling in customer service and sales performance. Lacy is currently pursuing further education at American Commercial College-Lubbock.
