Bastien Bonnet

Bastien Bonnet serves as Chef de service Cadastre in the Département Finances at Administration Communale d'Anderlecht since September 2018, overseeing the creation and organization of the cadastre service, implementing cadastral policies, and coordinating with the SPF Finance. Responsibilities include reporting to relevant authorities, managing the "Biens sans conforts" initiative, and addressing citizen inquiries. Additionally, Bastien holds the role of Indicateur Expert du Cadastre and Contrôleur en urbanisme, focusing on regulatory compliance and inter-departmental cooperation. Concurrently, Bastien operates as an Agent Immobilier and Account Manager at Wilink since November 2012, handling property estimations, negotiations, client relationships, and training junior agents.
