Ameet Lann

Ameet Lann is an experienced technical leader in the field of test and product engineering, currently serving as Director of Test and Product at Wiliot since January 2019. In this role, Ameet oversees post-silicon characterization for high-speed communication chips, focusing on test development and automated data analysis. Previous positions include Test Tools Development Team Leader at Discretix, where Ameet specialized in software testing within a Linux environment, and Technical Expert (Fellow) roles at Saifun Semiconductors and Spansion Israel, focusing on code development for characterization testers and reliability optimization. Ameet has a robust background in methodologies and design for testability, having managed all testing activities across various product lines at Saifun. Ameet holds a Ph.D. in physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
