Dominik Schwärzel

Dominik Schwärzel has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Dominik started their career at CGM SYSTEMA Deutschland GmbH in 2011, where they held various roles as a Consultant and Project Manager in process consulting. Dominik then joined Wilken Software Group in 2014, where they initially worked as the Department Manager for Social Consulting until 2015. Dominik later became the Head of Social Business Unit from 2016 to 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. In 2019, they took on the position of Managing Director for Sales and Consulting. Recently, in 2021, Dominik Schwärzel was promoted to the role of CEO at Wilken Software Group.

Dominik Schwärzel's education history includes attending MSSG (Management School St.Gallen) from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a general management program degree. Prior to that, they attended the Akademie für Führungskräfte from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a General Management Program degree. Additionally, Dominik earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from the Duale Hochschule Ravensburg, and studied Projektmanagement at Hochschule Stuttgart.
