Malou Schmidt

Malou Schmidt is the Head of Project Management and Transformation Owner at Wilken Software Group, where they oversee the reorganization of the ENER:GY Product Unit and drive innovation and change processes. They previously held roles as a consultant and consulting lead, managing software implementation projects in the energy sector while enhancing customer experience and team development. Malou earned a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Unternehmensführung. They also completed a certificate course in Change Management earlier in 2023.
