Wendy Scott

Wendy Scott is a seasoned marketing and public relations professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing & PR Support Representative at both Wilkes Communications, Inc. and RiverStreet Networks since August 2015, Wendy has played a key role in enhancing community value and expanding service offerings beyond traditional areas. Previously, as the Marketing and Communications Director for the Wilkes Chamber of Commerce from August 2013 to August 2015, Wendy developed advertising campaigns, liaised with the media, and managed digital content to promote the organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Retail Wireless Consultant at U.S. Cellular and operating a photography business. Wendy holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Catawba Valley Community College and has pursued studies at Wilkes Community College.
