Susan Maier Davis

Susan Davis is currently a Vice President of Asset Management for Cascade Capital Group and oversees a large portfolio of healthcare facilities in over 20 states. Ms. Davis received her B.S. in Nursing from Wilkes University and her master’s in health care administration from the University of Maryland, University College. She is also certified in Rehabilitation Nursing (CRRN). Susan’s nursing career encompassed senior leadership roles as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Services for Harborside Healthcare Corporation, Chief Nurse Executive for the Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System, and the Vice President of Clinical Operations for Encore Health Care before she transitioned into operations and health care real estate. Today, Susan acts as primary property management, operations, and clinical oversight liaison to the owners of SMV Management Company and the properties they own or finance as well as other healthcare properties owned by Cascade.
