Aiko Telgen has a diverse range of work experience in the field of industrial design. Aiko started their career as an Industrial Design Intern at brodbeck design in 2008 and later moved on to work as an Industrial Design Intern at Jehs+Laub in 2009. In 2012, they joined Volke Kommunikations-Design GmbH as a Product Designer. Aiko then worked as a Product Designer at Matteo Thun & Partners from 2013 to 2014, where they gained experience in the conception, design, and creation of products, and also contributed to architecture projects. Aiko worked on various projects for international brands in the fields of bathroom, kitchen, furniture, automotive, and lighting. Aiko is currently serving as the Head of Design at Wilkhahn, a position they have held since June 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as an Industrial Designer at Wilkhahn from 2015 to 2018.

Aiko Telgen attended the School of Art and Design Kassel from 2004 to 2012, where they obtained a Diplom (equivalent to Master of Arts) degree in Industrial and Product Design.
