Keith Baley

Keith Baley has extensive experience in customer service and management across various industries. Currently serving as Assistant Service Manager at Wilkins RV since April 2022, Keith previously held positions at del Lago Resort & Casino, where responsibilities ranged from Player Card and Retail Supervisor to Player Card and Retail Representative from January 2017 to April 2022. A foundational role as Crew Trainer at McDonald's Corporation from July 2010 to March 2018 involved training new employees in multiple positions, enhancing their customer service skills. Additional experiences include interning with the Martinsville Mustangs, where scriptwriting and event hosting were key responsibilities, as well as working as a Banquet Server at Strathallan, a Double Tree by Hilton. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from State University of New York Cortland and an Associate of Science in Sports Studies from Finger Lakes Community College.
