Tammy Birch

Tammy Birch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and caregiving. Currently serving as the Service Concierge Manager and previously as Assistant Service Manager at Wilkins RV since July 2018, Tammy has developed strong customer service and operational skills. With extensive experience as a Respite Worker at People Inc. since October 2003, Tammy provides dedicated care to special needs adults. Prior to these roles, Tammy worked at Walgreens from November 2006 to July 2018 as an Assistant Store Manager, where responsibilities included staffing, training, inventory control, and overall store operations in the absence of the store manager. Tammy Birch attended Niagara University from 2002 to 2004, furthering professional development.
