Nikki Hall White

Nikki Hall White is a legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory strategy and public service. Currently serving as a Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP since August 2023, Nikki previously held the position of Director of Regulatory Strategy and Services at Pepco Holdings from November 2017 to July 2023. Nikki's career also includes serving as a Commissioner at the South Carolina Public Service Commission from June 2010 to October 2017 and as a Magistrate and Assistant Solicitor in Richland County from August 2005 to June 2010. Nikki holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Spelman College.
