Savannah P.

Savannah Schaefer is a Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP, where work began in December 2020, following a tenure as Associate. Prior to this, Savannah served as Senior Director of Public Advocacy at CompTIA from July 2019 to August 2020. Additional experience includes roles such as Policy Counsel and Senior Manager for Government Affairs at the Telecommunications Industry Association from March 2017 to July 2019, and a Legal Fellow at the Federal Communications Commission in late 2016. Early legal experience involved positions as a Legal Extern at Kissinger & Fellman, P.C. and as a Student Attorney at the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Policy Clinic, where Savannah contributed to important telecommunications policy initiatives. Savannah holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Boulder, where studies were completed between 2013 and 2016, as well as degrees in English Literature and studies at King’s College London and the College of Charleston.
